Strategic attention follows actual dependence rather than document activity. A team can correct one comparison, preserve another commitment and leave a third option uncertain without forcing a single status on the whole strategy.

The method costs recovery effort where assumptions were implicit. Its limitation is the coverage and evidence actually available. A narrow, honest result is useful; an unqualified statement about unexamined decisions is not.
