STR.4:6 - Bias-Annotation

Scenario authors often elaborate the future they want and leave the unwelcome one implausibly crude. Give a serious rival enough mechanism and detail to change the choice. Ask whose loss or access constraint disappears from an optimistic account.

Corporate competition is only one source of strategic uncertainty. Public-service and personal uses may be driven by obligations, care, access or available time. Translate the causal account and decision criterion; do not import a growth objective through the scenario format.
