• The set serves one identified strategic choice and horizon.
• Each retained condition has an intelligible mechanism and explicit consequential assumptions.
• Observations, forecasts, scenarios and targets remain distinguishable.
• Differences change strategic action, feasibility, consequences or useful observation.
• Shared failures and incompatible assumptions have been examined where they can change the choice.
• Exclusions and the basis for stopping are stated without claiming exhaustive foresight.
• Any probability, causal or permission claim has its own applicable support.
