STR.4:9 - Consequences

The recipient can compare directions under conditions that expose different dependencies and failure regions. Assumptions become contestable, and the set can reveal an option family the original forecast hid.

Scenario construction still costs time and can make a speculative narrative memorable. Keep the qualified causal account and the decision consequence visible, so vividness does not replace evidence. Reuse or retire a scenario when the receiving question no longer needs it.
