STR.8:5.2 - Joint demand changes the strategic promise

SensorCo has 80 shared-team person-days in the illustrative first month. Current service uses 52 and the incident reserve protects 8. A proposed 16-day service pilot, 8-day platform preparation and 6-day learning/support demand bring the total to 90.

All three proposals may be individually sensible while their joint configuration exceeds capacity. STR.8 returns the actual contributions and shared-person dependence to STR.14. Separate approval of three budgets would not supply the missing ten days.

A smaller proposed configuration uses 8 days for trial preparation and, only when separately permitted, initial use and interpretation; 6 for the platform subset; and 4 for targeted learning and support. With current service and reserve, it demands 78 days. That arithmetic identifies a candidate within the time ceiling; it does not demonstrate service capability or full economic viability. Customer time, permitted use, outside cost and acceptance still matter.

Only four internal preparation days are presently authorized in the connected case, from the eight-day envelope. The narrower current commitment and the larger possible configuration remain distinct.
