STR.8:7 - Conformance Checklist

  • The proposed contribution, recipient and sustaining logic are clear.
  • A growth-dependent direction has an explained population and funding loop with matching periods and material delays; an adequate existing account is reused.
  • Material obtaining and exception relations identify what each participant must supply.
  • Where several changes are combined, necessity is qualified by the chosen way, their joint obtaining path is explained, and shared conditions and alternative ways remain visible.
  • Actual support, proposed arrangements and unknowns remain distinct.
  • Method, person, organization, access and technical-result gaps receive different treatment when action depends on the difference.
  • A small increment reaches a useful contribution, not merely a completed support task.
  • Shared demands include continuing work and necessary protection.
  • The return identifies the missing professional result and the dependent action it limits.
  • Feasibility claims retain their configuration, evidence and authority boundaries.
