STR.9:10 - Rationale

Robustness, sensitivity, dominance and selection answer different questions. Keeping their results separate lets the practitioner use each contribution without assigning it another’s authority.

The current configuration matters because a strategic addition interacts with what already works and with what must continue. The same nominal initiative can be attractive in one configuration and infeasible in another. A future option likewise has value through attainable exercise, not through its name.
