STR.9:2 - Problem

An option can win a weighted score while failing a protected condition. Another may be called robust because it wins under several nearly identical futures. A retained possibility may be treated as currently best even though it survives only for later exploration.

Flexibility introduces another overread. “We can switch later” can hide expired rights, unavailable capacity, slow observation or the work needed to preserve a fallback. An option description is not itself the ability to exercise that option.
