SYSE.17:11 - SoTA and Source Use

Active discovery addresses Systems overlooked in an initial project description, including Systems affected by a toxic pipe or by public use. Bearing an engineering consequence, having a preference, agreeing to a proposal and contributing to the project remain separate claims.

Polojärvi, Palmer, and Dunford 2023Systems Engineering literature reaches sociotechnical and societal settings and benefits from precise specialist accounts.Use the review as evidence for that scope and need; ground any universal definition or sufficiency claim separately.
