SYSE.21:8 - Common Failures and Repairs
When one of these recurring failures appears, use the corresponding repair:
| Recurring failure | Repair |
|---|---|
| A school or branded label is treated as the Method and its history | Recover the Methods, Work, population, carriers, and supported cultural relations. |
| A revised description is reported as changed practice | Establish the world-side Method and later enactment separately. |
| Tool deployment is reported as receiving enactment | Identify dated Work that enacts the Method under compatible conditions. |
| A project pilot is reported as population selection or retention | Use the pilot for its bounded claim. Selection or retention needs its own applicable evidence; missing support withholds that stronger claim and does not by itself commission a new study. |
| Press, academic, certification, or teaching visibility is reported as prevalence | State the proxy and population limit; use representative Work or a qualified estimate for actual practice. |
| A team label, tool, or document is said to engineer and decide | Identify each performing Agent, Work occurrence, Method, result relation, and authority. |
| One profile’s case is transferred to all Systems Engineering | Keep the profile, population, period, and unlike-case comparison visible. |
| A faster local task is enough to retain the variant | Inspect integration, evidence, assurance, service, practitioner burden, and consequences for the project system-of-interest or other named affected Systems. |
| Every observed difficulty becomes a human training request | Separate Method, tool, assignment, organization, authority, human capability, and nonhuman capability causes. |
