Obtain the human development and provision results separately
For a person doing the same preparation, use HCD.9, HCD.10, HCD.12 and HCD.13 for the actual attempt, help, correction, support change and later use. C.2.8 can compare how much selected Method-description structure the person recovers under the stated preparation, access, help and budget. Recovery of the sequence, performance with a cue and later uncued performance provide different evidence. HCD.18/.19 connect instruction recovery with development practice.
In a constructed continuation, an operator can explain the conversion and checking sequence but initially prepares a report using a remembered permitted range. A competent teacher asks which current revision warrants the decision. The operator obtains that revision and corrects the report. Preserve the first answer and the actual cue. On the next differently worded task, leave the legitimate current source available and withhold that diagnostic cue when testing independent recognition. The resulting first attempt, correction or need for further help determines the next HCD intervention. Comparing two correct reports without their assistance histories would lose that distinction.
The arrangement must also be obtainable while service continues. Suppose a consultant’s contract calls for an operating process, and her authorized project contribution is four prototype hours; her remaining working time serves existing clients. Installing that process, teaching an operator and occupying a corporate mentoring post promise different results. Free calendar space and technical expertise supply no additional allocation authority. Recover the needed preparation, feedback and retry work through C.40.JF, and obtain the relevant provider and allocation decisions through the existing OCE/ADM/OPS contributions.
For this constructed practice, the responsible manager allocates two hours of a separately qualified teacher’s work, including preparation, feedback and retry, and assigns a qualified substitute to the operator’s continuing service during practice. Both providers confirm availability for their respective intervals before the first attempt. Practice proceeds within that authorized arrangement; the consultant retains the four prototype hours. If those provider or substitute results cannot be obtained, keep competent supported production and reconsider the development arrangement. An expert’s completed report can protect present work while the learner’s independent contribution remains to be developed. A.3.1.MI consumes the separate support and capability results when introducing the changed practice; Reference:11.1 and 19.8 supply connected development uses.
Return the selected arrangement with its learned contribution, retained resources, current evidence, usable continuation and reasons to reopen it.
