The strategizing mantra (STR.18) connects strategic question → worthwhile contribution → explained way → feasible contributions and means → justified choice and commitment → realization, use and renewed questions. An attractive direction may lack an explained way to obtain its intended result; individually affordable initiatives can compete for the same people; a useful preparation can finish without authorizing implementation.
