Keep operating decisions connected

The operational mantra (OPS.23) connects local work to the result the operation must deliver: accepted result → route and readiness → limiting conditions → release and feasible order → service, money and human conditions → observed result and changed conditions. Its developed account explains the grounds, branches and returns. Increasing a team’s activity can leave delivery unchanged; a changed resource window can require revising both starts and promises. Read this account when those decisions need to be made together, rather than treating the phrase order as a work schedule.
