CB.10:9 - Consequences
The organiser obtains a more useful account of contribution, failure and burden. Participants can learn from actual uses, supporters can judge a bounded continuation, and quiet independent use can remain visible without being converted into compulsory participation.
The method takes follow-up effort and can expose an unwelcome limit on an attractive claim. Some benefits remain uncertain or unobserved. Preserving that limit allows a proportionate decision while leaving the stronger unanswered question available for appropriate inquiry.
