CB.16:9 - Consequences
The community can make a contribution that a decision-maker can act on while keeping its members’ positions and authority visible. A representative can negotiate useful details and return a changed question without inventing consent.
The work takes time to recover positions, prepare a feasible request and obtain the return. It may expose differences that prevent a single position. A narrower attributed contribution or an explicit refusal can be more useful than apparent unanimity.
