CB.2:4.7 - Recognise returns and assurance limits

What the exchange establishesNext useful move
Useful result, acceptable burden, and willing continuationKeep the working arrangement and change only a demonstrated obstacle.
A relevant question, but no willing capable contributorRevise the request or terms, obtain another supplier, or return the offer to CB.1.
A helpful discussion, but no evidence of application yetPreserve the useful discussion result and the unanswered application question.
Conflicting advice with no available deciding basisReturn the technical or evidential question to a qualified domain contributor; keep the disagreement intelligible.
Results depend on organising work that exceeds available supportReduce scope, redistribute accepted contributions, fund the required work or stop the unsupported promise.
A resource or individual service would answer the recurring need more directlyUse that route and retain only the mutual activity that still adds value.

For stronger claims, obtain the evidence that claim requires. A useful answer is not proof of learning; a few useful exchanges are not a causal estimate of programme benefit; a successful small activity does not establish available capacity at a larger scale.
