CB.7:5.3 - A local chapter reaches the limit of its freedom

A professional chapter may choose the timing and examples for an agreed case session. It may also use a shared name under stated conditions. Its host wants to turn the session into a paid service with a new guarantee.

The host can propose that change but cannot establish the guarantee or spend the central association’s funds. The relevant decision-makers consider the new commitment under CB.13; the host continues the already supported session while that question is open. Local initiative has produced a proposal with consequences, not an assumed expansion of authority.
