CB.8:5.4 - A disagreement needs a subject answer

Two members disagree about which maintenance interval applies to a particular device. Both state their reasons and leave room for a response. The organiser asks for the relevant configuration and source, then obtains a qualified comparison through CB.5. There is no conduct restriction to impose merely because the discussion is uncomfortable or ends without agreement.
