CB.9:5.3 - Keeping access without compulsory payment
A neighbourhood group wants newcomers with little money to use a shared room. Some members can fund bookings; others offer preparation and cleanup. The group obtains the owner’s permission, compares the upkeep burden and agrees supported open sessions under an existing mandate.
At the first session, the paid booking and cleanup both occur. Later, an additional session has no willing cleanup contributor. The group postpones it rather than automatically charging the newcomers or leaving the task to the usual host. If the same conflict persists, ECO.7 helps revise access and upkeep together.
