Recipient and sponsorThe person paying may have legitimate interests without being entitled to every assessment or choice.
Help and autonomyAn adviser must offer a useful return without taking the recipient’s or another authorized participant’s decision.
Breadth and competenceDevelopment questions cross practices; coordinating their results does not qualify the adviser to perform every assessment.
Transparency and confidentialityThe recipient needs intelligible grounds while protected information retains its disclosure limits.
Affordable entryA formed question needs only its missing relationship conditions, not an automatic workshop or complete diagnosis.
Delivery and continuing dutiesOne recommendation can be delivered while actual contact, referral, protection, or closure duties remain.
