GOALS.4:3 - Forces
Frequent observation can permit timely action while consuming attention or interrupting work. Persistence protects a useful difficult aim; attachment to sunk effort can block a better continuation. Ending a goal can release means while leaving obligations and recovery work. Learning from a result requires enough history to interpret it without making every update an archival exercise.
