GOALS.6:4.2 - Locate the difficulty that changes the remedy

Recover a recent attempt and enough of its conditions to distinguish the live alternatives. If the person knows the action but lacks time, access or equipment, obtain or change that provision. If the goal is unclear, use GOALS.1. If the action itself is unknown, obtain the subject method. If the person cannot yet perform a required operation, use HCD to define and develop that contribution. If capable action occurred but failed to help, examine the means hypothesis through GOALS.4.

For a learning goal, state the later task, conditions, allowed assistance and evidence of the human contribution. Compare learning with obtaining a competent result from a colleague, provider or agent, preserving any independent value placed on personal mastery. HCD.2 supplies the full programme comparison. Count practice, feedback and correction alongside current work; adding a course cannot create spare capacity.
