HCD.14:7 - Conformance Checklist

  • The affected observation changes an identifiable development assumption for the same person and work.
  • Successful contributions and decision-changing rival causes remain visible.
  • The result names a concrete component and an executable replacement, not only another pattern.
  • A compatible qualified development Method or exact missing professional input is identified.
  • The expected observation, fresh test, cost, protected conditions and stopping rule are explicit.
  • Proposal, authorization, performed work and outcome remain distinct.
  • Retain, adapt, abandon and return conditions affect the smallest justified claim or component.
  • No whole-programme causal effect or new development direction is inferred from a local comparison.
