“Renew twelve credits every year.”Tie re-entry to a material qualification, Work, evidence, source, support, or risk condition and name the decision it can change.
“The person attended, so capability is current.”Treat participation as one contribution and obtain evidence for the relied-on human contribution.
“Repeat the whole programme after every change.”Recover the smallest affected question and preserve supported claims and arrangement components.
“The community will keep everyone current.”Name facilitation, access, practice, feedback, provider, and evidence contributions; membership proves none of them by itself.
“The plan means continuing development is happening.”Separate the designed and authorized arrangement from performed development Work and observed result.
“More frequent assessment is always safer.”Use the lightest decision-bearing evidence and stop when added burden or surveillance no longer changes the decision.
