HCD.19:10 - Architectural Rationale

Representative reader work makes a material’s contribution visible in use. It remains only one part of the inference: the subject criterion, source inspection, prior knowledge, and support arrangement determine what a response can establish. Keeping those relations separate explains why the same correct answer may accompany either a good explanation or an expert’s repair of a bad one.

HCD.18 is needed only when construction is needed. HCD.19 consumes a compatible specification from any qualified source, then returns material-specific diagnosis to the existing E.23 improvement method. The narrative branch uses NSTD for relations across a rendering; nonnarrative material does not acquire a narrative examination by default.

A change in the material and a change in a person are different results. HCD.11–HCD.13 retain the stronger human evidence questions, while HCD.19 can provide a useful bounded contribution without waiting for every later outcome.
