Shared resources and personal actionParticipants can share information, equipment and help, while each may still need to perform the target operation.
Diversity and coordinationDifferent knowledge and grounds can enlarge the available reasoning, while language, timing and background differences can make their use harder.
Continuity and variationStable relationships can reduce repeated coordination, while a new partner or example can expose an untested assumption.
Immediate group performance and learningA strong member can improve the common answer while removing another member’s useful attempt.
Total and peak capacityThe overall staffing allowance can suffice while the actual feedback window remains impossible.
Flexible participation and dependenceIndividual routes can remain viable while some shared tasks need a particular contribution by a particular time.
Visible action and warranted inferenceParticipation can expose opportunities and failures; learning and transfer still need appropriate observations.
