HCD.21:1 - Problem Frame

A programme assembles people from different projects to compare diagnostic reasoning. Diversity supplies possible contrasts, but a participant unable to understand the quantities or disclose the decisive assumption cannot contribute the intended comparison. Another pair has complementary experience and no common working window. The group designer must convert relevant differences into usable interaction.

Stable membership can preserve trust and shared context. It can also repeat the same assumptions. Changing everyone at every meeting can introduce more examples while consuming the time needed to understand any of them. The useful question is which connection the next task needs and what a proposed change would preserve or break.
