HCD.21:4.5 - Observe enough to keep or change the arrangement

Inspect whether the expected exchange and use of contributions occurred, which preparation or contact cost was incurred, and what remains unavailable. Keep the group when it serves the current task. Revise the specific constraint when it fails. HCD.11–13 supply stronger personal performance, transfer and retention judgements; neither member satisfaction nor a completed group product replaces those observations.

Recognition can be immediate: people are assigned but the needed conversation cannot occur. Assurance for a launch claim additionally needs actual permissions, compatible windows, accessible materials and available recovery. A claim of beneficial learning needs the appropriate learner evidence. Stop the formation work when its receiving decision is supported; do not keep optimizing a matching metric after further changes cease to improve the task.
