HCD.24:4.6 - Distinguish the resulting evidence

Keep at least the distinctions that matter to the receiving question: useful feedback produced, feedback used, work improved, reviewer judgement demonstrated and author capability demonstrated. One can improve while another remains unknown. HCD.9 supports another attempt, HCD.11 interprets bounded performance and HCD.12 tests a material change when transfer is claimed.

Recognize this method from the practical problem of ungrounded comments or unusable feedback. Stronger assurance needs qualified criteria, accessible comparable material, actual independent or assisted responses as declared, and the revised work. Stop the exchange when the present judgement and repair are settled. Reopen only the affected use when a source, criterion, permission or learner requirement changes.
