HCD.26:0 - Use This When
Use this pattern when a group needs to notice and change how it is carrying out a learning attempt: the question has drifted, a necessary contribution is absent, one explanation has displaced everyone else’s reasoning, or the available help no longer fits the difficulty.
The governed activity is regulation of the shared learning attempt: participants make a consequential difference between intention and actual work accessible, choose a feasible change and inspect what follows. Individual self-regulation and ordinary workplace coordination are wider neighbouring practices. A dashboard, reflection prompt or facilitator comment is a possible means; it is not the regulated activity itself.
The first useful result is a checked continuation, a precise request for help or a justified pause. If the group is already progressing adequately, continue the task without an additional regulation ritual. If the subject Method is unknown, a process prompt cannot supply it; return the subject question to its competent owner.
