HCD.26:1 - Problem Frame
Four participants intend to compare model grounds. Halfway through the meeting, they are editing the wording of one person’s answer. Each is busy, the shared document is growing and the intended reasoning remains unperformed. A facilitator can interrupt, but a generic instruction to collaborate better may be ignored or consume the remaining time.
The group needs enough access to its actual work to choose a useful change. This can be a short spoken comparison with the intended result, not a permanent monitoring system. The difference must lead to an action people can take with the time, material and competence actually available.
