HCD.27:4.3 - Make preparation, help and correction fit

Place the consequential windows on one finite horizon: preparation, shared exchange, receipt of feedback, correction, checking and any later use that requires the result. HCD.7 supplies provider competence, access and capacity. Check the busiest window on the same timeline for learners and providers. A visit must follow its required inputs and precede the action that uses its answer; simultaneous capacity alone does not establish this order. Add coordination, movement or connection and recovery where they consume real attention.

Compare meaningful alternatives when a window fails: stagger comparable submissions, add prepared assessors, choose different shared occasions, reduce an optional contribution or change the promise. Reducing the depth of a required personal check changes the educational or assurance result and must remain visible. A fixed date cannot make unavailable capacity appear.

Offer a preparation branch for a prerequisite gap that can be closed within the available time. A learner who already meets the entry condition can proceed to the needed task or useful extension. If the gap is too large, change the entry occasion or arrangement; do not hide an unbounded private course inside a common product price or timetable.

A fully asynchronous alternative still needs response windows, accessible partners or providers and a usable material connection. A synchronous alternative needs compatible availability. Compare active learner time, provider work and elapsed delay separately where each can change the decision.
