HCD.27:4.5 - Revise the rhythm from its actual use
Inspect what arrived, which exchanges occurred, whether feedback was usable in time and how much coordination and recovery were needed. Separate a material problem from personal preparation, missed access and provider delay. HCD.26 regulates a live group attempt; HCD.14 revises an affected person’s arrangement; HCD.28 changes the reusable product when the mismatch recurs across its intended audience.
Recognition can start from one failed join, such as annotations that cannot support the meeting. Assurance for a feasible route needs the necessary inputs and actual support windows; learning claims need the corresponding personal observations. Stop when the current continuation works within those conditions. Calendar adherence is useful operational evidence, not proof of learning.
