HCD.28:9 - Consequences

The author can make a useful design decision before individual learners are known while preserving what later individualization must add. Subject, teaching and supply gaps become different repair requests. Shared tasks and materials can be reused without treating their availability as evidence of learning.

The cost is work on connections that a topic outline leaves implicit: qualified cases, accessible explanations, actual help, interpretation and finite resource comparison. Several apparently attractive offers may remain unsupported. Reopen the affected construction when entry conditions, the subject criterion, assistance, scale, timing or observed contribution changes.
