Group answer as personal result	One participant supplies the target operation for everyone.	Preserve the needed individual actions and observations.
Free peer or AI support	Costs and competence disappear from the offer.	Identify actual contributions, checking, preparation and recovery.
Successful fragment as full programme	A small route licenses outcomes it never constructs.	State the closed task family and remaining product dependencies.
Whole rebuild after one failure	A local supply or material defect triggers unnecessary redevelopment.	Diagnose and repair the affected connection.
