HCD.6:9 - Consequences

The practitioner gains tasks that make a selected human action observable and correctable without pretending to be full production Work. Meaningful variations expose applicability, source compatibility, resource limits, and the difference between warranted refusal and supported continuation.

The cost is domain and provider work. Someone must qualify the facts and hazards, prepare cases, expose intermediate reasoning, review attempts, and prepare the variations needed to distinguish recognition or adaptation from answer recall. A task may return unfinished when correctness, access, safe conditions, or feedback capacity is absent.
