HCD.8:12 - Relations

  • HCD.7: supplies the exact unavailable contribution, required conditions, supported arrangement, and return point; it decides actual availability after HCD.8’s bounded result.
  • HCD.1–HCD.6: may supply a human provider’s target task, present evidence, programme, Method, and representative practice values when those are genuinely missing; they are not a compulsory subprogramme for every provider.
  • HCD.9 and HCD.10: may enact and vary provider practice where provider development needs them; their learner-attempt records remain separate from the operating-service result.
  • HCD.11–HCD.14: may assess or revise a human provider’s capability from compatible evidence; one service test establishes only its bounded operating contribution.
  • A.1.STM: locates the first unsupported builder or enabling dependency while keeping the final development contribution visible and local truths with their subject patterns.
  • E.18.NET: can organize independently identified transformation-flow structures and exact cross-member relations when that stronger network question is live; HCD.8 does not infer them from a build sequence.
  • A.15.1 and production, service, operations, organization, platform, privacy, safety, legal, employment, accessibility, and target-domain practices: retain actual Work, production, capacity, authorization, risk, correctness, and operating conclusions. HCD.8 consumes their bounded results.
  • Learning-product practices: may supply provider guides, cases, keys, interfaces, and practice carriers; their existence does not establish provider capability or service operation.
