HCD.9:4.1 - Bind the Episode before the Attempt

State:

1. the human holder, later-Work target, selected HCD.5 Method, HCD.6 task, and receiving development decision;
2. the practice focus, observable action, required result, domain criteria, protected errors, and useful uncertainty;
3. the task condition that makes the action necessary and one condition that could change the warranted move;
4. permitted sources, tools, AI, peer, teacher, specialist, time, prompts, demonstrations, and other help from HCD.7/HCD.8; and
5. the feedback provider, safe intervention point, correction opportunity, retry boundary, and stopping condition.

If the task, criterion, provider, access, or correction opportunity is missing, return that exact gap. Do not spend the episode and call the resulting exposure practice.
