MKT.11:12 - Relations

MKT.2/3/5/6/9 supply promises and receiving uses and consume the resulting supply limits. MKT.4 makes the supported transition feasible; MKT.7 handles relationship recovery or ending; MKT.8 locates consequential connections; MKT.12 supplies qualified customer evidence. MKT.10 evaluates a claimed intervention effect, MKT.13 tests repeatability, and MKT.14 coordinates common and individual work with selected organisations.

SYSE constructs the offering and provider arrangement; ME compares how methods are related and whether their performance creates conflicts; OCE establishes assignments and workable change; HCD supplies capability; Operations performs the service. Their results retain their own conditions when used in a marketing promise.
