MKT.11:8 - Common Anti-Patterns and How to Avoid Them
| Misuse | Repair |
| Name an owner and assume they can deliver. | Obtain the specific assignment, capability, access and resources the work requires. |
| Add several locally feasible promises without checking their combination. | Compare their shared demand and receiving conditions. |
| Send customer feedback with no one able to act on it. | Connect the evidence to the responsible decision and enabling contribution. |
| Count only visible delivery in a new-service trial. | Include preparation, learning, support, recovery and continuing work. |
| Keep a public promise after its provider contribution fails. | Restore supply or revise the promise and handle affected commitments. |
