MKT.12:4.7 - Return an answer that changes the work
Deliver the answer in the recipient’s decision terms: what was learned, about whom and under which conditions; which alternative it supports or defeats; what remains unknown; and what action or smaller inquiry is now warranted. Show the evidence needed to challenge a consequential inference. A concise note can suffice; no particular report format makes the inference valid.
The answer can support proceeding, changing the offer, repairing supply, retaining an existing choice or stopping. If the receiver cannot act, resolve the missing recipient or authority instead of maintaining an unused measurement programme. Reopen only the affected question when customer work, roles, circumstances, measurement meaning or the decision changes.
