MKT.14:11 - SoTA-Echoing
For a bounded result within one organisation, adapt Burgess’s Scenario ABM: relate the chosen outcome, preparation and available team effort. For shared work, adapt Segment ABM: justify the group’s common basis while retaining separate continuations. For broader repeated work, adapt Programmatic ABM: prepare relevant organisation information, differentiated actions and their receiving work. These distinctions help choose a way of working; reported engagement is not evidence of causal benefit.
STR.8, MA.8 and OCE.11 strengthen the comparison by supplying sustaining dependencies, temporal economics and change alongside continuing service. Their use prevents a choice based only on message volume or reuse of a document.
