MKT.14:2 - Problem

A list of attractive organisations and personalised messages can consume considerable effort without a coherent customer contribution or receiving team. Conversely, several similar opportunities can repeat expensive preparation unnecessarily. Calling them one segment does not establish that the common material, promised result or service conditions fit them all.

Construct the programme from qualified opportunities and attainable results. Choose how broad the work within each organisation should be and which work can be shared across organisations. Develop the common contribution and its local adaptations, compare the whole burden, arrange actual continuation and revise the programme when its grounds change.
