MKT.3:4.6 - Repair the connection indicated by the evidence

Locate the consequential mismatch. Evidence of delivery without meaningful attention can change the route or moment; an incorrect account of the promise can change its expression or positioning; a well-understood but unsuitable contribution can reopen the offer or audience; an attempted response blocked by access can change the response operation. Several failures can coexist. Investigate a consequential unknown rather than assigning every silence to the most convenient cause.

Continue, revise or stop at the scale the evidence supports. Retain working parts and change the failed connection. An informed refusal can settle the present invitation; repeated contact is not a remedy for an understood decision to decline. Return the selected route and expression, the feasible next action, the observed result and the limit on its interpretation to the people who will continue the work.
