MKT.4:1 - Problem frame

Use this pattern when a person or organisation is considering an offer but cannot yet compare it meaningfully, make an authorised choice, arrange the transition or complete acquisition under the stated conditions. Interest may be present while an operator, payer or access authority still needs a different answer.

The useful result is an understood and attainable next choice: acquire on known terms, try a bounded option, revise the proposal, defer with a meaningful return condition or decline. The result is useful when the relevant people can act on it; a completed purchase is one possible outcome.

The intended reader can explain the offer and coordinate with the people responsible for supply and exchange. Start with a sufficiently qualified offer through MKT.2 or an existing equivalent. If a routine understood purchase can proceed, use its ordinary route. An already completed acquisition whose use is failing belongs with the service, capability or operating practice responsible for the missing result.
