MKT.7:2 - Problem

Teams often treat every absence of purchase as departure and every departure as a failure to persuade. They can then send unsuitable offers, confuse a service remedy with a new sale, or seek renewal after the contribution has ceased to be useful. Conversely, closing a sales opportunity can hide unfinished support or other commitments.

Recover what the relationship is for now, distinguish the reason for the uncertain continuation and select the corresponding work. Consider the prospective consequences without using past acquisition effort as a reason to impose further activity. Preserve duties that remain after a new sale or service period ends.
