MKT.7:4.3 - Construct the relevant continuation, recovery or ending

For continuation, connect the current useful result to the next feasible contribution. Confirm the needed customer work, provider capacity, support, access, terms and time. A familiar name for the service does not establish that its conditions are unchanged. Let a changed contribution reopen the offer and its dependent promises.

For a pause, identify what actually pauses and what continues: access, reserved capacity, communication, charges or support can have different arrangements. State the return condition, such as a resumed work cycle or a customer request, and who may initiate it. Avoid turning a pause into repeated unsolicited invitations. If an indefinite pause cannot be supplied, explain the feasible alternatives instead of silently retaining an unavailable arrangement.

For recovery, first identify the failed commitment and the affected result. Distinguish an immediately attainable correction, remaining harm or inconvenience, and any question that needs a competent decision. Arrange the actual restorative work and communicate its supported scope and timing. OPS.6 can supply a concrete continuation with performer, conditions, evidence and fallback, or return the exact unmet condition. An apology or concession may matter but does not perform a missing service.

Do not make restoration conditional on buying more when the restoration is already owed under the applicable arrangement. A new useful proposal can be considered separately after its conditions are clear. If the original result cannot be restored, obtain the appropriate decision about an alternative or remedy instead of promising a fictional repair. Legal or specialist questions go to their competent source.

For ending, distinguish the part that ends from work that must still be completed. Arrange any required handover, return or export, final communication, access change, support and other outstanding contributions under the governing terms. Identify who performs each necessary action and what will establish completion. A closed customer record does not itself return working material, stop a charge or fulfil a support commitment.
