MKT.Preface:3 - Solution - Enter through the result that is missing

Start by naming the decision and what its recipient needs to act. Recover relevant facts and existing results before commissioning more work. The following connections explain the repertoire; the Table of Contents remains the pattern index.

Missing contributionConstruction and usable returnReceiving use and consequential return
A qualified customer or market answerMKT.12 selects inquiry by a decision; MKT.1 distinguishes the problem, roles and circumstances.MKT.2, MKT.4 or MKT.14 receives an answer with its scope. Uncertainty about a different population remains open.
An offer worth choosingMKT.6 helps shape the useful result; MKT.2 constructs and tests an offer and its positioning.MKT.3 can invite a meaningful response and MKT.4 can support choice. Missing provision returns to MKT.9/11 and its engineering owner.
A connection between intended experience and actual activityMKT.5 develops an experience concept; MKT.8 constructs a map for a specific decision.MKT.11 obtains a change in real work. If the explanation of an observed connection could change the action, MKT.12 obtains the needed evidence.
A fitting variant and supported continuationMKT.9 compares options for a customer; MKT.11 aligns promises and contributions.MKT.4 receives feasible terms and transition; MKT.6 supports useful use; MKT.7 handles continuation, restoration or ending.
Grounds to change or expand commercial workMKT.10 evaluates a specified intervention; MKT.13 examines ordinary repeatability and deployment limits. The responsible programme or deployment owner uses bounded conclusions together with supplied capacity and dated financial conditions.
Work across selected customer organisationsMKT.14 constructs common preparation and distinct continuations for qualified opportunities.Customer teams receive their own next actions; providers receive actual obligations; the programme owner receives a whole comparison and revision conditions.

These connections are conditional. MKT.6 need not invent a new goal when the customer’s useful result is already clear. MKT.12 can obtain an existing answer instead of launching a study. A customer journey map is useful when relationships across activities matter to a decision; it is unnecessary paperwork for an already understood local action. A commercial programme is worthwhile when its common preparation and coordination change what the whole team can achieve.

When a contribution is absent, ask for its actual result. “Can an appropriately prepared worker and accessible room support this service at that time?” can return a feasible arrangement or a precise blocker. Keep a conditional offer conditional until its consequential contributions are supplied.
