Turn the returned arrangement into a truthful choice
Assume the later move is supplied, while immediate continuation remains unavailable. MKT.11 reconciles the changed service with existing commitments and names who will inform participants and perform the move. MKT.2 revises the relevant offer conditions. MKT.4 lets the customer compare the supported later move with an agreed deferral or cancellation. Offer an adjustment in the original room only if its learning conditions have also been established. The choice includes the changed time, assistance and venue access conditions.
MKT.8 is useful only if the schedule change has unclear consequences across participant activities. Its map can expose, for example, a learner’s fixed departure and the point at which feedback would arrive. That result may require another HCD arrangement. When the local choice and its consequences are already understood, omit the map.
After the service, MKT.6 asks whether the intended useful result was obtained under the actual conditions. MKT.7 handles an unfinished obligation or necessary restoration. If the organisation later claims that the revised arrangement causes better outcomes, MKT.10 frames that additional question; this successful construction does not itself answer it.
The practical change is an offer grounded in the whole service. The combination is revisited if the room becomes inaccessible, preparation fails or the worker receives another incompatible obligation. Unaffected customer knowledge and learning content remain usable.
