OCE.10:4.5 - Follow cultural continuation only where it is claimed
For a target-working-culture question, follow the relevant practice variant through demonstration, teaching, copying, recognition, challenge, working memory and later use. Who learned it from whom? What happened when a peer used it? Did the consequences in the receiving work encourage the stated action or its opposite? What remains available for the next participant?
Look beyond the initiating meeting. Observe another work episode and, when independence is claimed, an episode without the original sponsor performing the support. Record the population, relation, situation and window; a local finding does not describe every team in the organization.
Use C.36 for the cultural relations. The decision to promote a practice and the evidence that a population has learned or repeated it are different claims. A debrief, favourable survey or new document can support inquiry but cannot alone establish changed working culture.
